Matternet: Autonomous Drone Delivery Investor Deck
An Series B investor presentation for an FAA-certified drone delivery platform built around automation, last-mile logistics, and commercial scale.

Matternet is an autonomous drone delivery platform designed to enable ultra-fast, low-cost, zero-emission package delivery. With FAA Type Certification, 60,000+ commercial flights, 28 global patents, and operations across multiple countries, the company is building infrastructure for the next generation of last-mile logistics.
The Challenge
Matternet had a highly credible story, but also a complex one. The deck needed to communicate hardware, software, regulation, unit economics, commercial traction, market timing, and transaction details in a way that felt clear, investor-ready, and easy to follow. For a company operating at the intersection of aviation, logistics, automation, and public-market capital formation, the challenge was to make a dense investment story feel focused and commercially compelling.
Our Approach
We built the presentation around clarity, credibility, and operational scale. Complex information was organized into a clean investor narrative, moving from company overview and transaction context to market problem, autonomous delivery solution, technology stack, unit economics, roadmap, partnerships, pipeline, and team. The visual system used strong contrast, structured layouts, large data points, and restrained imagery to give the deck a modern industrial-tech feel while keeping highly technical and financial content readable.
The Outcome
The final deck gave Matternet a polished investor-facing presentation that communicated its certification advantage, commercial readiness, technology platform, and market opportunity with greater clarity. It helped transform a highly technical drone delivery story into a more structured and credible investment narrative, ready for conversations with investors, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
