The Challenge
RPM was not a simple sports platform. It had to explain a new category at the intersection of motorsport, prediction markets, creator communities, and digital fan engagement. The deck needed to make a complex business model feel immediately understandable to investors and partners, while still capturing the speed, intensity, and visual energy of racing.
Our Approach
We worked through RPM’s business model, positioning, and initial materials to create a more focused investor-facing story. The deck was structured around the core gap in motorsport, the market opportunity, RPM’s exchange model, user traction, revenue streams, regulatory strategy, and rollout plan. Visually, we used a bold motorsport-inspired system with high contrast, sharp typography, dynamic imagery, icons, diagrams, and varied layouts to simplify complexity while preserving the brand’s energy. The PDF shows this clearly through sections such as the “billion-dollar problem” around motorsport’s low iGaming volume, the market-based race-day solution, organic traction with 11.3M views in 90 days and zero paid spend, and the business model around trading fees, creator monetization, and brand activations.
The Outcome
The final deck gave RPM a polished and memorable investor presentation that clearly communicated its category opportunity, platform mechanics, traction, and commercial potential. It helped position RPM as more than a motorsport app, presenting it as a new digital exchange built to unlock fan activity, creator-led markets, and race-day monetization at scale.
